Pilates Tower Classes

Combining mat work with exercises on the Wall Unit (also known as the Tower) our Pilates Tower Classes have a maximum of 5-6 clients with one instructor. These classes are suitable for intermediate level clients who are comfortable executing exercises and transitions on the Cadillac and Wall Unit.

Classes range from $20-25.50; please call Studio Lotus (Emory),  Studio Lotus (Marietta) or Studio Lotus (Forsyth) to check availability and reserve a spot.
