Power Pilates System Training
Level 1: Beginner/Intermediate System

Power Pilates System Training: Level 1 is an 8-week certification program that will prepare you to teach private and semi-private sessions on the Pilates apparatus at a Beginner and Beginner /Intermediate level.  You will learn the entire Beginner System, together with select exercises within the Intermediate System.
